How long until I receive my order?
Mattress only, or mattress + foundation are made upon order. Once produced, it will be at your doorstep in a few days via FedEx Ground or comparable shipping service.
How does the trial period work? What if this isn’t the right mattress for me?
Agility offers a risk-free 100 night trial of our mattress. While we’re confident you will love your new mattress, if you don’t fall in love in 100 nights, we’ll give you a refund. Keep in mind that the first 30 nights on your new mattress are a critical adjustment period as your body adapts to your new bed. Do I need a box spring?
We’ve tested the Agility mattress on the floor, a slatted bed frame, on top of a bed base and on an adjustable bed base. It is designed to work on any firm, flat surface.
Position mattress in your room. Using Agility tool provided, cut and remove outer plastic wrapping, then unroll and unfold mattress.
Place unfolded mattress on base of your choosing. Carefully cut and remove final layer of sealed plastic from mattress.
Get ready for a great night’s sleep. (It could take your Agility mattress 12-24 hours to resume its full size.)
